Modals

The Modals section lets you show overlay cards globally across your storefront. Each block is a modal card: regular modals (can be used for a wide range of purposes), age verification, and exit intent.
What it does
This section displays:
- One or more modal blocks rendered as overlays
- Flexible content inside each modal using theme/app blocks
- Timing, frequency, and visibility controls (depending on modal type)
- Card media and card style options for modal layouts

- If you need page targeting, use the regular Modal card visibility settings.
Common use cases
- Age check gate before entering the storefront.
- Exit intent newsletter signup with incentive copy.
- Timed promotional modal with a CTA button.
Troubleshooting
- If a modal does not appear, verify block-level visibility and trigger settings.
- If it appears too often, reduce frequency (for example to
once). - If layout feels crowded, lower inner spacing and simplify block content.
