Borders > Rich text

Another example of a versatile section, the rich text allows you to create large headings, call to actions, lengthy descriptions, anything where the content is text.

Settings

The first set of settings is related to the media, which can be either an image or a video. You need to choose it's aspect ratio, it's position on desktop and position on mobile. You can even hide the image on mobile, or don't use an image at all.

There are two main design options for the media, it can be boxed based on the aspect ratio you're setting, or it can fill all of it's size (basing it's height on the text content), case in which it will be cropped in order to fit the designated area.

The overlap content on desktop option makes the image absolutely positioned, so that the text will be positioned over the image instead near it. This allows you to create some really interesting layouts.

You then have the typography settings, which are mostly referring to the entire text area, because you will get much more options in the blocks.

Blocks

There are only three blocks, the main one being the TEXT block, which is highly versatile, because you can change it's typography completely. You have the ability to insert rich text, change the font family, the text size, line height and heading tag.

If you set the heading tag H1 - H4, make sure that you don't write any headings in the actual text area, as this will cause a broken layout!

You can combine as many text blocks as you want, making this section be able to hold an entire page of content, if that is what you're after.
