Split has a few options for blog & article pages as well.

To tweak the layout of your blog pages:

1. Navigate to a blog page in the theme editor.
2. Click the Sections tab.
3. Click Blog page.
4. If you want to display the article's author, date or comments, then check Show author, date and comments.
5. If you want to enable filtering by tags, then check Enable tag filtering.
6. Click Save.

To tweak the layout of your article pages:

1. Navigate to an article page in the theme editor.
2. Click the Sections tab.
3. Click Article page.
4. If you want to enable product sharing via social networks, then check Enable article sharing.
5. Click Save.
