Testimonial card

The Testimonial card block is used in the Testimonials layout of the Section Grid. It’s built from a card block with star rating, text, and author details.

What it does

This block displays a testimonial with:

  • Star rating
  • Testimonial text (heading block)
  • Author name and subtitle
  • Card styling controls (padding, spacing, scheme)

Block settings explained

Card Style

Text alignment

  • Aligns card content (left, center, right).

Inner blocks spacing

  • Controls spacing between inner blocks.

Padding

  • Sets the card’s padding (around the card)

Add padding to media

  • Adds padding around inner media (image or video) blocks. Doesn't refer to card background media.

Remove card background

  • Removes the card's background (color and gradient), removing also the padding around the card.

Border radius

  • Controls corner rounding (only for the main card, not the inner blocks).

Color scheme

  • Selects the card color scheme.

Card height

  • Sets a minimum height for the card, no matter how much content does the card hold.
  • This option doesn't work if the parent section has the vertical alignment set to stretch.

Link

  • Makes the entire card clickable, overwriting any links that are inside the card.

Open link in a new tab

  • Only shown when a link is set.
  • Opens the card link in a new tab.

Highlight short customer testimonials to build trust and social proof on product or landing pages.

Homepage trust signals

Add testimonials near key sections like hero banners, featured products, or calls to action.

Post-purchase reassurance

Reinforce buying confidence by showing testimonials close to pricing or add-to-cart areas.

Brand credibility

Show feedback from partners, publications, or well-known customers.

Story-driven testimonials

Combine longer quotes with names, roles, or images to tell customer success stories.

Campaign validation

Support promotions or launches with relevant customer quotes.
